You have purchased the brand new iPhone, but not satisfied with the point that you can’t install themes and applications not approved by Apple? Well, that is not an issue anymore because of the availability of cydia.  First of all you need to jailbreak your iPhone. What is it? This is the process of modifying the system to store and use themes, programs etc on the iPhone which are not allowed in normal mode. After you jailbreak the iPhone extra few icons will be displayed on the home screen. Cydia is the essential one. This article will teach you how to make proper use of cydia.

1. Tap on the cydia icon on the home screen and the main window for cydia will be displayed.
2. There a sections area at the button of the screen. There you can find available themes and packages. Everything is divided into various categories. Just browse through them.
3. Choosing all packages will put you in confusing. So, it is better to browse products by category
4. There is a search option available and type the name of the application you want to install. Just click on the install option. Now a confirmation screen will be shown to you. After you confirm a black screen will appear showing that the installation is in progress.
5. After the completion of installation a button will ask you to either go to cydia or restart springboard. For some types of the apps which involve themselves with the OS iPhone will need to restart the springboard.
6. After that return to the home screen and find the application installed.
